Maycee's loss streak continued after she was defeated by Alexa Grasso via an unanimous decision at UFC 258. Barber took home her win in the next bout in the ring against Miranda Maverick at UFC on ESPN: Sandhagen vs. Dillashaw through a split decision. Barber won her fight against Montana De La Rosa at UFC Fight Night 205 in April 2022, by a majority decision. Barber replaced Casey O'Neill on the UFC 276 card and took on Jessica Eye. The result was unanimous for Barber. The fight was her last in the UFC. Then, later in the year Barber signed another contract. Barber's last fight was with Andrea Lee at UFC Fight Night Vera against. Sandhagen on March 25th, 2023. The winner was a split decision.
